DESCRIPTION:
The Nacris Turtle Pendant puts a single large stone where the shell would be - an oval faceted clear crystal gripped in four gold claws, sitting proud of the body so it throws light properly rather than sitting flat. The head and all four flippers are pavé set with tiny clear stones, and two small black dots form the eyes. The reverse is a panel of dark speckled pyrite, so the pendant has a completely different character from behind. It comes on a wide flat herringbone chain rather than a round one, which lies flush to the skin. Built on a tarnish-resistant stainless steel base, nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
STYLING TIP: The faceted shell does all the sparkling here, so keep earrings plain and skip a second necklace. Against a dark top the crystal reads brightest; against cream the gold body comes forward instead.
