The Nocturne Shield Chain is the most restrained piece in the crystal range: one stone, one colour. Six round polished black obsidian beads sit along the front of a slim matte black IP-plated boxer chain, each separated by a small polished gold spacer ball. Because the glossy stone sits against a matte black chain, the beads read as depth rather than contrast - you notice the shape before you notice the colour, and the gold spacers are the only bright points. Black obsidian is the shielding stone, worn for protection against negative energy. Tarnish-resistant stainless steel base, nickel-free and hypoallergenic, with a secure lobster clasp.
STYLING TIP: All-black jewellery needs a light background to register, so wear it over white, cream or pale grey rather than dark colours.
