DESCRIPTION:
The Opalia Fan Pendant is a flat half-moon of gold, cut as a fan and pierced right through with an openwork pattern of curving branches and leaves so light passes through the metal instead of just reflecting off it. Sitting at the centre of the straight top edge, directly beneath the bail, is a single round opalite cabochon - milky white with a cool blue shimmer that changes depending on how the light catches it. It comes on a wide flat herringbone chain rather than a round one, which keeps the whole piece sitting flush against the skin. Built on a tarnish-resistant stainless steel base, nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
STYLING TIP: The herringbone chain is broad and reflective, so this works as a complete piece on its own rather than a layering component. Wear it against plain white, cream or pale blue, where the opalite has something to glow against.
