DESCRIPTION:
The Papilia Butterfly Pendant is set rather than engraved - all four wings, the two larger uppers and the two smaller lowers, are filled with tiny clear pavé crystals right to the edge, each framed by a crisp polished gold outline that keeps the shape readable. Between them runs a slim ridged gold body, and two fine antennae curl up from the head. The result is a pendant that is almost entirely sparkle from the front but still reads clearly as a butterfly rather than a blur of stones. It comes on a wide flat herringbone chain, which lies flush against the skin. Built on a tarnish-resistant stainless steel base, nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
STYLING TIP: There is a lot of stone here, so let it be the only sparkling piece you wear. It sits nicely just below the collarbone on the chain supplied and looks best against a plain neckline in white, cream or black.
